    Just curious, what is the structure in the photo?

    It's a corridor in the new wing of the Milwaukee Museum of Art, designed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. Nice little museum, but Calatrava's design rather steals the show:

    If you look to the left of the frame you can see the beginning of the repeating pattern of arches, which continues for quite a distance.
