How To Post Images From Flicker

I'm confused. I've tried the options Flicker offers but none seem to post here. What's the trick?

What have you tried that isn't working?
I don't have a Flickr account but I just did some looking around to see if I could find the URL for a jpg on a Flickr image.
To post an image here referencing an image on flickr you will need a URL for the image, one that ends in .jpg. That is the URL that is pasted into the image URL from the drop image file dropdown.
I went to the Flickr explore page. I clicked on a photo, then I clicked the arrow key to share the photo. I selected the BBCode tab. Within the BBCode is a section between [img] and [/img] tags. The URL between those tags should be usable to paste an image here.
There must be a more straightforward method of grabbing that URL but I'm not familiar enough with Flickr to find it (and since I don't have an account there it's possible that the easier method isn't available to me).

Just to add, I don't use my flickr account to post images here. Since the forum switch, using BB Code is not possible, which to a lot of users, it's a pain in the butt.
