Hi guys,
How I can get a comment section like that for my smugmug page?

I don't like the default comment block.

That's a standard WordPress comment section. You can't edit the look/functionality of a SmugMug comment block.

Is that a way to add a custom comment section with html/css?

I don't think so, but I don't use comments on my SmugMug site. I use it on my WordPress blog though.

Do you have a link to your site that shows comments?

I haven't used the comment block of smugmug yet because I don't like how it looks
