Why is this color appearing different on Smugmug???

My main website is on Squarespace with SmugMug as my photo site.
I'm using #2f929d as my accent color on both sites, but it looks differently between them. Same browser. It's really obvious when you look at the links, they're brighter...almost a sea green. Scroll down and compare footer links for example:

Something is changing the text color to #4DEBFF. Let me keep digging

A little further investigation: Link colors are derived based on your accent color, but to create contrast from other parts of the site that use the accent, we generate a set of 12 colors that are both brighter and darker than your accent color, and then use one or some of them in various places. The text link color is one of those places where we use a brighter version of the accent color.

To fix this, all you should need to do is add this CSS to ensure text links are set to your proper color:

/* Ensure text links are the proper color */ .sm-page-widget-text a { color: #2f929d !important; }
