Can't Pint Smugmug Hosted Photos to Pinterest

It doesn't seem that you can pin images which are hosted on Smugmug to Pinterest. I've tried with images using photos.smugmug.com as well as my custom domain name.

I've also verified this with other people who have images on their blog hosted on Smugmug.

When you click the Pinterest button, you get an error which reads "Sorry we could not fetch the image"

Is there a setting that is causing this or it is something fundamental to Smugmug?

    Unfortunately it's a bug at Pinterest, which they are aware of and investigating already :)
