Problem with Smugmug and forwarding????

My site www.dashphotography.com is down yet again. Everytime I check it seems my site is not working. I have my url with Go Daddy. My forwarding has and always has been set to http://dashphotography.smugmug.com/

It seems the smugmug url pulls up either slow or fine. Is this something on go daddy's side or smugmug's side. The last few times I thought it was on smugmug's side. Again the forwarding I have setup on Go Daddy has never changed.

Anyone know what is going on????????????

Thanks!

Shawn.

Both links above work quite quickly for me, only 30 seconds after you posted. I wonder if it could be a DNS issue with your ISP?

Hi, I'm sorry but it's nothing on our end. I checked your site, everything's fine. I can get to you by http://dashphotography.smugmug.com/ no problems. I see you have your custom domain entered properly in your control panel.

I cannot get to you by http://www.dashphotography.com/ nor can I ping that domain.

Please contact Godaddy. I wish I had a better answer for you!

    All the best,

You definitely need to set up a CNAME record rather than use frames to forward your URL. Read why.

    thanks for the answers!
okay then I will assume that it is on Go Daddy's side. I will check into the CNAME thing and see if I can figure out how to do that or set it up. thanks again.
