I'm from Cambridge, Ontario. It's almost in the middle between London and Toronto on the 401. Most days you can find me in Guelph on the University campus.

    The Picture Province
Hi. I'm in picturesque New Brunswick - formerly known as "the picture province" until some nimrod in the Dept. of Tourism changed the slogan (which had been successful for DECADES) to the stupid "Be in this place" slogan - which means nothing to anyone - sigh - ne_nau.gif

Any other Maritimers floating around? Or honorary Maritimers like Daniel Plummer who wants to shoot puffins (with a camera of course)?

Always looking for shooting buddies so feel free to get in touch if you live in the area or are traveling this way! We have the highest tides in the world (Bay of Fundy) on our doorstep and many other things worth a look.

I'm heading to Vancouver in late April for a week. Anyone in that area care to meet-up for a morning shoot somewhere? Maybe Granville Island? Elsewhere?

    Hello @eyeguy!
I'm going to Lake Louise in September. It's my favorite spot in Canada! I'm not a big fan of Calgary, but the Rockies have stolen my heart. :-)

Ya I’m not a big fan of Calgary definitely to the most beautiful city I’ve seen. Lake Louise will be great lots of things to do and phograph

I think you're a bit too harsh on Calgary, but I agree Lake Louise comments. It's a beautiful place. How long will you be staying in Lake Louise, Cendrinemedia?
  • eyeguyeyeguy Registered Users Posts: 169 Major grins

CarmeloDup I don't think I'm being to harsh on Calgary, I live in Calgary and yes it has its gems but I have definitely visited better looking cities in my travels. Perhaps its in the eye of the beholder. But if I only had a week in Alberta I definitely would be spending it in the National parks within alberta

  • cendrinemediacendrinemedia Registered Users Posts: 50 Big grins

I agree with @eyeguy, I have definitely seen better. I come from Europe, which explains the bias. lol

@CarmeloDup, I'm just going for a few days. It will be my fourth visit. I can't wait!
