These are from a recent outing. Criticism is always welcome.
I really like #s 4 and 5.
Where were these taken?
Thanks, Denise. They were taken on and around Sunset Crater in northern Arizona.
Number 3 stands out! Cheers Don!
I do love 2, 3 and 4 for their out-of-this-world, subtle lighting and constrasts on the plants. Great conversion and editing. Number 4 could be straight from some kind of moody, dark fairy tale movie

Thanks, kurzvorzwoelf. The scenery was unearthly and I tried to capture some of that.
I'm loving the contrast differences and the tree structures in all of these. Well seen.
Thanks, David. I spent about an hour and a half not seeing well at all. Then, as if a switch had been thrown, I started seeing what the place offered and where the compositions were.
Nice set, my fav is 3rd
Awais Yaqub, thanks for the comment.
Very interesting stuff, Don. Almost surreal....very ghostly. Love them.
Wow. Number 3 is sublime.
Thanks, Cristobal. That's probably my favorite of the set.
