Remove smugmug bar at top of site

Building my second Smugmug site, this one is www.martharobertshaw.com. I can't figure out how to turn off the bar on the top of the site which shows Smugmug icon, login button, search, and support. I have another site on this same Power plan www.donferrario.com which does not show those items. Where are the settings where I would remove the bar?
