setting up price lists

I'm setting up an SM site from which I intend to sell prints. I'm subscribing at 'Power' level, which doesn't let me sell, until I have the site looking the way I want. I'd like to figure out my price lists and have them filled in before I actually move up to the "Portfolio' level. But apparently, I can't do that because I can't see the price lists while I'm at Power level. Is that right?
