Printing books with image cations extracted from IPTC

I want to print my books via Blurb (or any Blurb-like service) with image captions extracted the IPTC information. Do any of the services do it? I have looked at a few and can't find any.

I just found that I can do it in the Blurb component of Lightroom! Are there any other services that can do it?
