We had our quota of one sunny day last week so I'm still milking the shots from that outing.

I'm enjoying your work in Maine. Summer before last, I spent a month stomping all over Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont and a little into Canada. Great country all, but the Maine coastal scenery is especially breathtaking.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Thank you. We are on the Blue Hill Peninsula, just west of Acadia National Park. It is only 20 minutes to the park as the seagull flies but an hour and half drive. This area is mostly about wooden boat building and lobster and scallop fishing. Most of my photography here is about those activities and walking the shore and being in the coastal woods.

Did you get to Quebec City? That's actually the closest metropolitan area to us and is very photogenic, and very French.
