Halloween treats--last year's tray but they always look similar. Yes, my house is popular.

Dolores Hidalgo has the best ice cream with many flavors being sold around the Jardin in the center of town.

People always tell you they have the best ice cream, but the test is in the tasting: they have the best ice cream. 32 flavors here.

I absolutely love Lemon Meringue pie, which is why I do not make it often. This is the 3rd Lemon Meringue pie I have made in the last 43 years. It has outshined my most made pie, the apple pie.

Well, maybe not the same trip, but at least to the same place.
My wife's sister lives near Málaga, so it's a popular destination for us, the city is nice but also the mountains in the area there are great for very nice hikes :)

Here's another food shot from the same market:

Mujer making Oaxaca cheese in the mercado. Oaxaca cheese is not available in the EUA where I shop, so I bring it home with me. It's the best melting cheese ever and, you can't make chiles rellenos without Oaxaca cheese.

Salsa picante, Colorines, Tepoztlán, Morelos, Mexico. This is really picante as in choking, eyes watering and etc.

    Really delicious, really picante.
