Slideshow not working with Firefox when logged into smugmug account

I thought I should start my own thread. I'm having an issue when trying to run the slideshow feature when logged into my smugmug account using Firefox when viewing one of my galleries. When I try to run the slideshow by clicking the slideshow arrow icon, the web page just goes to black. I can refresh the page, but it just goes back to the gallery where I started. This only seems to happen with Firefox when logged into my smugmug account. I never had this problem before. I do not have this problem with Chrome. I tried clearing my cookies and cache, but it did not resolve the issue. Could someone look into this? I sent a support email and i am waiting for someone to get back to me.

I'm having the same problem.
I'm not having any issues using Firefox (Win 7).

It seems to have started with Firefox and Win 10.
I just logged into my account on Firefox and was able to successfully run a slideshow from one of my galleries.
I'm running Windows 10 and Firefox 64.0.2.
The slideshow runs properly both from a gallery in normal viewing mode and from within Organizer.
I wonder what the variables are here.

Interesting. I'm still seeing the slideshow fail when logged in. I've now tried two different computers. Both had Firefox 64.0.2, one under Win10/1809 on a 2560x1440 screen, the other Win7/SP1 on a 1920x1200 screen. Logged-out is fine.
Jtring, it appears we have a bug that is being investigated with Firefox 64 and Windows 10. Our QA Team is working on the issue.
