Setting print lab

I have a Portfolio account, which is supposed to let me choose a print lab. I want to use WHCC so I can sell panoramic prints.
I just spent 15 minutes futilely trying to change the lab from EZPrints. There does not seem to be a print lab selection anywhere in account settings, including the 'business' section; all I find are watermark options. Eventually, I found a lab selection in my price list, but its set to EZPrints and there's no option to change it.
What's going on here?

Since the different labs offer different products, you’ll want to go ahead and create a New Pricelist, select your lab of choice, and then pick the products/pricing you desire!

But why can't I change the price list I already created?

I guess you're saying the lab has to be chosen first, then products can be selected and priced. So I have to start all over.
