How can I tell when video encoding finished?

Hi, I just uploaded a bunch of videos to my site and want to know when I can release the site to clients. I noticed that, currently, the videos are playing at a low resolution so it seems like maybe they are not yet full encoded for the site. How can I tell when they are completely encoded and will play back at full resolution? Thanks.

Hi,

Videos, like other files should process fairly quickly, generally in seconds. Video playback is auto adjusted based so, it may start at a lower quality and then ramp up to higher definition as supported by your connection. If you have a good connection but don't feel that your videos are playing at the quality they should you can post a link to a video here or email us at help@smugmug.com with the link then, we would be happy to check on it for you.
