You're right, I would have liked to put a little more but I should have sacrificed a little foreground and I chose the foreground.

Wow - the second one is awesome. Great detail all the way back to the mountains. The comp is much greater than the first one.

I really like both of these shots. I have been to Antelope Island many times, it is a beautiful place to photograph and I think you have captured the beauty and calmness that can be found on the island and lake. Well done.

Antelope Island to my mind is a very desolate, but peaceful and beautiful place. I think you have captured all three elements in your images. I can see this island from my home in the hills above the Great Salt Lake and have visited there many times over the years. I see the calmness of the island in your work.
