Sunset ND filter testing

Aloha everyone,

About a year ago, I bought a Breakthrough Photography 6 stop ND filter exclusively for video work. I never really played with it much for photos, except for the occasional random photo capture while on location for a video shoot. So, the other night I had a little time to play around at the beach for sunset, and figured it's as good as any other time to play with some shutter drag.

The sunset itself wasn't necessarily spectacular, as the clouds on the horizon never gave way to the fiery ball. But practice makes perfect, and it was fun to click around for a few min. These are the 3 keepers from the set. I'll return another evening with a better actual sunset event for another go.

    Not a spectacular sunset...hummm. A "not a spectacular sunset" in Maui beats a fantastic sunset, any day, in my little corner of the planet. Great "keepers."
