Cannot see standard menu bar in Galleries

in SmugMug Support
Menu bar (HomeBrowseSearch) shows up on HomePage and Folders.
It does not appear within any galleries. The only way out of a gallery is with the browser Back Button.
Any Ideas?

    In each gallery
    Look under Customize > Gallery Settings > Security & Sharing tab
    Check that "Hide Owner" is not checked.
