Mobile Menu's - Show and Hide

A few questions. I have a 'hamburger' script from one of our forum members, thank you very much - that works well. Here's what I need in addition:

  1. I have both a header and a footer menu on my desktop version. Can I simply hide the footer version in the mobile version? I guess if I can see/name the two different menu's, I can use 'hidden' command easy enough.

  2. Can I have the mobile version hide the logo graphic and show only the text? Reason, the logo graphic dominates too much of the view in mobile.

  3. Can I over-ride the text sizes of the logo box?
