I would like to change the color of the text of "Visit our 2020 ANTARCTICA trip Gallery"

Add this to your CSS and change #f00 to suit: .sm-user-ui .sm-gallery-cover-description a {color: #f00;}

I'm not seeing it in your code, but when I added this to your page (using a web tool) it works.
