Hi, I'm trying to create a photo set where the buyers can purchase a photo with a particular backing. I want the customers to be able to click the buy option and not select the finishing. They will be shipped to me where I'll sign and number them as a limited edition. Anyhow, It's possible via BayLabs direct. But I'm hoping I can simplify this for my prints. If not, is this something SmugMug may offer soon? Thanks.

Hi Chris,
Depending on your account level, you can turn on personal delivery which will have the order divert to you instead of shipping to the customer. Then, you can sign and ship the print. Personal delivery can be turned on site wide or per gallery under the shopping tab. Check out this help page for details:

With photo add-ons they're either on or off, you can't limit/select which options are available. So, you can't allow the mounting options but not allow the finish options. You can submit this as a feature request to our product team at feedback.smugmug.com we are always happy to consider requests!
