Does a seller on smugmug get contact info on thier buyers to do follow up marketing?

I'm planning on starting with a portfolio account and perhaps moving to a pro account if successful. I would want to be able to keep in touch with customers for marketing. Does smugmug pass on the customer's contact information so I could email them? I have looked for this information on smugmug's website but I haven't found any reference to this question. I'll be happy to be linked to pages I haven't found yet. These questions come up as I try to write out my business plan. Thanks for any help you can give.

    When you make a sale through your SM site, you're provided with the customers full name, address, phone number, e-mail address and the tracking number of their shipment (if relevant) in your Sales History.
