Needing Customer Service

All the support seems to be directed at people trying to sell on SmugMug. Whom can we contact if we ordered a picture and had a problem with it? I ordered a beautiful 11x14 of my brother's wedding. It was shipped in cardboard but with NO plastic sleeve (I order a lot of prints and the ones from other companies always come in a plastic sleeve or bag). It got wet somewhere along the way while being shipped, and I cannot find a customer service that I can email or call on the website. I will not be ordering from ANY SmugMug sites again. This was a horrible waste of money. :-(
