Text wrap around image

I want to wrap text around an image in a html block. So far, I can't even get the img tag to work - I get a broken image symbol. Can someone point me to a help page on this? This page demonstrates what I'd like to do. https://helpdeskgeek.com/how-to/image-text-wrap-css-html/
