Is it possible to have two separate areas/templates in two areas of my website?

I am wanting to start selling art prints on my site as well as my custom portraiture. And I'd like each part of it to have a very different/look to it.
Is it possible to do this....keeping things on the same site, but separate at the same time? Does that make sense? My current site is www.auphoto.net (and yes, I do need to change that and update it too and that will be done after the new year).
Does anyone understand what I am trying to say?

So I'm able to change the theme from one section of my website to another, but I'm not finding where I can select a different layout template for a portion of my website.
Can someone explain to me how I would go about this?
