After over a year of quarantine, my wife and I were recently vaccinated. We decided we would to travel to Montana, for a visit with family and friends. Along the way I was able to capture a few images in Yellowstone N.P. and Glacier N.P.

1 Entering Lamar Valley

2

3 Soda creek area

4 Soda Butte

5 Camp visiter

6 Lake Mcdonald

While it may be springtime on the calendar, it's a little slow coming to the Rocky Mountains. We had upper 30's during the day, and upper teens overnight while camping at the Mammoth campgrounds.

Phil

I don't know where I'm going, but I'm going anyway.

Boy, that's some great shooting, Phil. I can't wait to get out there again......trying to pull all the planning together now.

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Phil what an epic trip and epic set! Oh I wish I had seen these sights!
May I make a suggestion for #3? Try a PANO crop.
I will crop it just below the 2 little cloudlets on the left meaning almost all of the clouds will be out.
It will bring the Bison in focus too and make an amazing pano shot!

Thanks Tom. If you head out to Yellowstone again, let me know. My schedule is fairly fluid these days.

Thanks guys. We were home for a week or so, then we hit the road again. Just returned home and will be posting images from the latest travels in the near future.
