Disable Design Customizer Splash Screen

Every time when I log inside my page and want to customize something the "Welcome to the Design Customizer" Screen appears and has to be clicked away before I can start making canges to my site.

This is more than annoying. Can I get rid of this Splash screen?

    Hmmm, I've never seen that?
