Nice, Cristobal. #1 and #3 for me. Very interesting and educational. Several years ago, a buddy and I were deep into plotting a trip to Machu Picchu. He was messing around in his garage just prior to finalizing travel plans for the trip. He got bitten by a Brown Recluse spider and it developed into a real nasty affair. No trip To Peru. One of the things I've missed out on that I most regret..

I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

Sorry to hear about your friend Tom, nasty stuff. Taz, I haven't done Machu Picchu yet, but my wife did the 4 day trail some years ago and loved it.

So far I'm liking Lima a lot, great food too.

Do it Tom, you don't have to hike. Don't miss out on Machu Pichu Cristobal. Don't save anything for future. If you have chance now don't miss it. Cheer mates!

The diversity of colors is what most appealed to me about this.
