Spacing of titles with Thumbnails

I have a gallery and folder with a grid of thumbnails in 2 columns. The title is too far above where the grid starts, too much white space. I was told that it can’t be changed as it defaults to the same place as the social icons and can’t be changed. It looks terrible, design-wise, especially on my phone.

Hi, please include a link to your gallery and folder and include a screen grab illustrating the issue. With responsive design pages can appear different based on the browser size/screen resolution so, we want to be sure we're looking at the same thing. This may be a good question for the customization group, but I'll wait for the screen grab and links to be sure!
