I got my picture taken for a change and trying to upload

I just got back from a cruise and had my picture taken for a change. I purchased 11 images and the digital copies were loaded on a USB with the release. I wanted to upload the 11 images to a gallery on my smugmug to show friends and while the images are jpg they are not showing to upload. I did try to resave in photoshop and that didn't make any difference

    Hi jsinop,

    It sounds like you're having trouble uploading photos. It shouldn't matter where they have come from, you should be able to upload them to your SmugMug site.

    Please email us directly at help@smugmug.com so we can take a look at your site, and the photos you are trying to upload.
