Thank you for an interesting mini - I could have posted all three photos of the Veterans Day parade - thank you for including last year November - otherwise it would be hard for me to pick anything.
I enjoyed seeing the photos people shared for this mini! @npdemers, many thanks to running this mini and coming up with a short list noting favorites from all three participants. @bfluegie - Barbara - congratulations on the win! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with for the next mini!
As you may guess, I am now back from traveling in Europe. Many thanks to @denisegoldberg for keeping an eye on things for me with the Challenges!
It was fun to see lots of bridges on my travels (as Sherry's mini challenge was wrapping up) and to photograph other subjects that have potential as "best" of the last 12 months or favorites. But I didn't have time to process and share anything for this last mini or look through my archive.

I love Crater Lake. This is a beautiful photo and very deserving of the win. Congrats!
I had hoped more people would have time to enter this one. I was looking forward to seeing everyone's favorites from this year. Very fun mini theme.

Thanks for an interesting challenge topic, @npdemers, and thanks for selecting my Crater Lake photo for first place. That visit to Crater Lake NP was kind of a consolation prize for the cloudy skies I got for the annular eclipse. Though entries may have been few, I really enjoyed them all. I'll try to have a challenge up tomorrow. I took a last minute drive to Mackinaw City MI when I saw the aurora forecast for last night. I don't know how the pictures will be, but I can't imagine ever forgetting the experience. It was definitely worth the 5 hour drive each way.
@bfluegie - Glad to hear that you were able to make a trip for better viewing of the aurora! Hope you got some great photos of the aurora! I expected the trees and nearby city lights to obscure them - and missed the prime color - but saw a bit of it last night.
