Custom Gallery Thumbnail Possible?

As far as I can tell, the thumbnail that is used for a gallery is either random, or I can select a specific photo from within the gallery.

Is it possible to use a photo that is NOT in that gallery as the gallery's thumbnail?

    No, I'm sorry, it's not possible to use a thumbnail from another gallery.
