    Andy,
Thanks I know how to use forums and searching in them. So does that mean that my question will not be answered since it was moved to "Mind your own business"

    Thanks,

    Thanks,

Goodness, why would you ever think that? headscratch.gif

It means, your question will now be seen by a bunch of people who know a whole lot about Google and how to make sure your Site is Seen by our

    Internet Overlords 51182168-L.gif

And it also means your post, which is relavent to the responses in that thread, has even more value.

Finally - it's not SmugMug support issue - it's a How To Dance With Google Issue - and so therefore, belongs better in MYOB.

    I hope this helps!

    All the best,

    All the best,

Thanks, I'm not throwing stones or anything, but it just seemed like it went to the black hole, like not for public viewing. The thread it was moved to is old and I don't think it will get a response.

Thank you, not trying to be disrespectful or anything.

I seem to remember a while back having a thread moved, and the old thread stated something like "this thread has been moved to this new location." It was nice to see that. It's nice to know where a thread has gone to without having to be a forum guru.

No forum guru-ness needed, Winn. Just click on your name, winnjewett, and you'll see your profile - then you can find easily any post you made.

Redirects are like little forum mouse turds. They need to be cleaned up....

It might meet all needs to send the original poster either an email (if in their profile) or a PM to alert them that the post has been moved to a new thread. No turds to clean up later, but much less chance of confusion by the original poster.

Hi John - are you volunteering lol3.gif
Seriously - every little extra thing like this would absolutely kill me as far as time consumption...

    Cheers!
