    Well here's me. I had this taken of me at the big reflective bean in Chicago. I did some photoshop work to it and there you have it.

    Just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I was on flickr before and thought I would try this site as I like the set up and the quality of work I see here. Would welcome any and all comments and input as I am always looking for pointers.

    Well, since I've been hanging around for a week or so and it seems like this will become my online photography home I thought I'd formally introduce myself. My real name is Wendell, and I'm pretty new to photography. I'm still trying to learn all of the basics, which can be rpetty difficult right now since my ownly camera is the Dimage G600! It's a great little camera, but not so good for learnign the ins and outs of a DSLR world! By this time next year I hope to have a DSLR, (The one I am drooling over right now is either the 20D or the 5D. They both look sexy to me! iloveyou.gif Lol)

    I'm sure I will be having lots and lots of questions, so I hope you old timers here will have a little patience with me! On to my self-portrait. I took this during my commercial flight training on a long flight from Daytona Beach to Marathon, FL.

    Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

    Lol, you know your college ID's! Yeah, I went to Riddle. I graduated last May. I gather that you are a pilot from your What I Do field? (Leave Earth on a regular basis)

    Riddle doesn't have 150's anymore. I'm not even sure when they even stilll had any 150's. Ever since I was there in 2001 our fleet has consisted of 172s, Arrows, and Seminoles. How do you know about Riddle?

    Yeah. I lived in Florida for several years, flightinstructing at a medium-size 141 school. Aviation, esp. flight instructing is a small world. Do it long enough, and you know everyone, and start recognizing planes, callsigns, and logos. Also, a good friend of mine studies at ERAU.
