Mr. Peas has good taste. Now is autocross the only motorsport you participate in with your 240?

haha! finally got nissan buddy right here. you got a z32? z31? 350z? ;D

ive drifted at several events here but the better events are being held out of state, in so. california and arizona. i dont know know of you're into drifting, but the scene is growing here a lot. how about where you're from?

but autox is probably the least expensive motorsport to participate in. w/ drifting its a little more expensive, tires wise and requires even more practice. but they're equally rewarding.

are any of those Zs yours in your website? they look great. is that greddy turbo kit on the blue one?

Working on rebuilding a z31. Have to decide though if I want to keep this one though or get a 240sx. I was originally wanting to autocross and have a general use sports car. Now I want to get into drifting soooo... And drifting is what I was hoping to hear you say. Specially with a S13 you gotta at least give it a try evey now and then.

Ok here's a scan of mine, its about 2 years old. She's gotten new headlights, water pump, air filter and a bunch of other stuff I replaced not because it was broken but just because. Yeah I know....I need some rims and low profile tyres to go with my sport suspension.

dump the z31, get an s13 before the price inflates. its much more worth it. aftermarket support is everywhere. drifting is great but dont close the doors on autox, open track racing and all the other fun things. but if thats your poison, the s13 is a great way to go. the s14 is a little newer, but no majoy differences on the motor. just remember, prior to 1991, 89-90 240SXs came with single cam KAs. after that they were all dual cam. but if you ever plan an engine transplant for a japanese domestic motor, the sr20 and rb25 are very affordable. but you'll soon realize you dont need an abundant amount of hp to be one of the fastest. driving experience is something not everyone can get and get quick.

Hmmm, I guess I should start looking for a good 240 then. Maybe I should start selling off the z31 parts as it has already had alot taken apart off it.

I'm surprised the 5 foot high exhaust pipes haven't caught on here yet. lol3.gif

I always get a kick out of Japanese car culture (not that our boyracers aren't funny too). Have you seen what they do with the little minivans? They're straight out of a Gundam Wing comic!
