All my galleries, except the last one I added pics to, have disappeared. I could see them all yesterday???

The links in my sig still work, but the galleries themselves are not visible from my front page.

I see 7 categories on your homepage. Is that how it's supposed to be?

    Hi Al,

Try deleting your cookies, closing your browser and starting up again. Let us know.

    Thanks!

Ok, that didn't work, so I'll have to look at Andy's suggestion, but I'm loath to clear my cookies. I'll try logging out first then report back here.

It didn't work, because I was WRONG. Do as Andy says, not as I say...

YES! I cleared the smugmug cookies, and the bigal-sa.smugmug cookies in Firefox and all is happy again. Interestingly enough, even though I cleared the cookies, when I went back to my page, I was still logged in headscratch.gif

[edit]Forgot to say - THANKS for the real time support guys![/edit]

Interesting, I had the same problem on my work PC. Clearing smugmug cookies fixed that too.

Did something change on smugmug yesterday?

No, nothing changed recently. We're looking into why the cookie thing happens.

    Sorry for the trouble !

Just so you know, same thing happened to me. Had to delete all cookies and restart - actually had to do it twice, must have missed a cookie or something. Anyway all better now.

A stupid, probably not at all useful observation - what did change recently was DST. Seems like first reports of problem were on Sunday and there is a "timezone" cookie. Probably not at all related, but figured I'd point it out anyway.

You're right on the money. Jimmy had a big bug in our "new" (new as in "hasn't switched from PST to PDT since we launched it) display of times in your local timezone on the site.

It was crashing the site partway through the page render.

    I *think* it's fixed now.

    Sorry about that!
