Here are a couple of shots of a pond at Maumee Bay State Park here in Ohio.

I was there to shoot sunrise but it wasn't much. I do like these landscapes shot in the morning light.

Cloudy here in Ky also for the sunrise but it did get sunny in the afternoon
Like the earth tones of the bank and the turquoise color of the water thumb.gif

    Thanks

Nice shots! That my old stopping ground as I grew up in Fostoria. I like the 1st shot the best!

I like how you included a foreground object in #2 and #3, then cut out some unnecessary background for #3. Good progression.

#3 is the winner in my book!

(I grew up in Vermilion, OH, by the way!)

Well, I like #1 best, lol. Just proves that "more" is best when it comes to posting photography. I do not like picking just one photo for everyone to love!

I like #1 because of the sky's subtle colors, then seeing the same sky reflected in the lake.

In general, I love the colors in all the photos. I am not sure about "sweet light" on people and birds, but it sure is good for landscapes.

After all is said and done, it is the sweet tea.
