Delete photo option has gone!

I am sure this is very likly a explorer setting but the delete photo function is not on my pull down menu, anyone help?

    Starts at the top with Photo Tools and
    ends with Move Photos expert

    No slider on the sidde of the pulldown?

    This happened to one computer now both, must be a setting on Explorer?

    Sofware issue, Whatever i have downloaded seems to stop me from getting the full pulldown menu. It happened on one computer now it happens on both. I have a feeling this is going to be very difficult to identify?

    Cleared Cache and everythings OK again.
