Egret fest ended (as it will every year) before the first egrets of the year ventured into the chilly north coast waters.

Now they have finally arrived.

I had the chance to spend a little time with one yesterday.

The images are not anything as good as the fantastic stuff I see here all the time but I did manage to catch my first flip...

    Better late than shooting landsca...ughm never. Yeah..better late than never. Nice series, Brian. Glad the egrets have returned. Would you like a few more? They are on their way.

    Why thank you Brian. Love the second shot, very sharp and a great pose bu the egrte. The first appears t be a tad soft.
