Low light, but I kept ISO at 100 and maxed the aperture to 2.8. I find this helps me to get the natural shadows and true light that also seems to get those deep saturated colors. I use this a lot when shooting flamingos in low light. It helped since the eye was all I was really interested in focusing in on.
