I went to the Great Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge over the weekend. This was there birding festival weekend and there was a gentleman from Shawnee Oklahoma who had two captive falcons on display. This is the Gyr Prairie Falcon. Such a beautiful bird.

Outstanding shot. I had an opportunity last year to shot a number of raptors that were on display at our local wildlife festival. It is a real thrill to get so close to such beautiful birds.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
