Big kitty

Went to the zoo again and got a couple shots I thought were decent.

First two taken with my new 200 f/2.8, last two with the 400 f/5.6

I guess even the big cats like eating grass

I still like the wolves there, I just wish they would be more active.

    Very nice stuff Nick. You can't tell tehy were at a zoo. thumb.gif Primes are sweet to shoot with.

    As always, nice shots Nick! I just got this lens also. Nice and sharp!!! Makes you feel like you're right there with those beautiful kitties. I agree, these don't look like zoo shots........good job! thumb.gif

    Thanks Harry and Saurora.

    Harry I love Primes. After getting the tele Primes I now hate using my zooms for other shots. Zooms have their uses but if the oportunity permits I always try to use a Prime. It sure makes my bag heavy though. I may need one of your carts pretty soon lol3.gif .

    Saurora I am likeing the 200 so far. It definitely doesn't attract the attention of my white lenses. It is quite sharp and focuses nice and quickly.
