How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Yeah, aren't these the dudes that write the medical license examination questions?

As per your usual, outstanding series Harry. I usually dont find better beamer images very pleasing due to how it can make an animal's eyes look. Seems like the beamer is in the hands of a master here as these photos look great!thumb.gif

Thanks. These were not easy shots to get. I originally wanted to get more of the scene in the shots but the light was poor and the scene was too confused so I had to try to isolate a a single subject to get usable shots.

Thanks Russ. Its funny with the gators jumping up for the food. They are not built for that action. I have yet to see one get any food when they jump up.

Nice series Harry. What do you think of the deep fried 'gator bites that are so often served at our local restaurants? rolleyes1.gif Kind of taste like egret...don't they. :D

    #1 stands out for me...

In #1 I like the other alligators in the background, they sorta make up the texture of the background.
im sure what i just said but - its a very nice picture!

Thanks Jeff. If you get a chance pick up a beamer it really works well. Gators are not like squirrels, in fact gators have been known to eat squirrels. clap.gifclap.gifcheerleader.gifbinge.gif :encore

Thanks Mike. I do not eat the wildlife so I can't tell you how 'gator bites taste. However they do make fine belts and wallets though. :lol

They can be impressive. Of course you have to realize that this is the only time during the day they move. Most of the day they just laze around and take in the sun, a lot like myself. biggrinbounce2.gif

Every once in awhile I have to post a non-bird shot.
