Not too shabby Rich, a black-crowned night heron.

I hadn't seen too many night herons around here until they started to hang out in the stream behind my back yard.

Well done Rich. You just need to go back and grab a seat in your living room and open the patio door. These herons will just walk in and then you can snap their pic with a 50mm.

Well...that's how I do it at my place.
