    Wow....

    Great shot. The more I look at this, the more things I find that I like:

    • Nice and sharp
    • A little bit of catch light in the eye
    • I love the curve of the branch the bird is on. It helps to lead your eye all the way through the frame.
    • The branches behind add some interest but since they are out of focus, they do not distract from the main subject.
    • The branch just above the bird's head provides a perfect frame for the outline of the bird.
