Bug in XML:RPC api?

Hi,
I'm facing some issue with the smugmug.images.changeSettings call in XML::RPC. I'm using the Beta URL with version 1.1.1. The problem is, Caption and Keywords get set properly, however, changing the AlbumID to move the image doesn't seem to work.:scratch Can someone please look into it?
Is there any bug tracking place for the APIs except this forum (like Gnats or Bugzilla kind of thing?)

I would usually look at whether I could verify a bug in the XML-RPC API, but I can't until late next week due to other commitments.
A response from Smugmug may take a while. The API is not under offical support.
This is the correct place for bug reports.

Scan reading my code for testing ChangeSettings against XML-RPC 1.1.0, it seems to be working correctly.
Can you try against 1.1.0 and let us know wheter you're still having a problem?
I haven't run the tests for sometime, so it could be that something has got broken, but this would be kind of unusual.
