Letter of Intent for local sports team...

I'm going to be photographing for our Arena Football Team (Bakersfield Blitz) but they've asked me to submit a letter of intent and an agreement for their use of the photos.

I'm okay with the agreement, but what about the letter of intent? Do I just explain who, what, when, and where? I've been searching for an hour for a sample but they all have to do with buying businesses, stocks, etc.

Can anyone help me?:dunno

    HAHA! I guess I was thinking too deep into this one! All the samples I found looked like they came straight from a lawyer so I started to panic a little.:D
