ginger beer

my husband brews ginger beer every summer, and this is just after he's bottled the first batch!!
its tastes real good for those interested!

    Good idea, I wondered what it would have been like if you'd included all the bottle tops and maybe tryed different bottles to focus on!

    Is ginger beer alcoholic?

    Unfortunatly ginger beer or "root beer" we should translate isnt alcoholic but you can make it alcoholic...just add some canadian club....or is that with dry ginger ale..."cc and dry"... eh ne_nau.gif either way I guess it doesnt matter, I dont like ginger!!

    thanks Gubbs and Femme.... I took the photos 'cause we are having a party to crack open the first bact and I used the image for the invite.... they turned out well.

    I did take a few different angels, will post them for you... do you like better? etc?
    PS: Gb is alcoholic (only a very small amount, but my husband says he hasnt measured it yet....) I think its the fermented yeast...

    I really like the 3rd photo - the composition, the angle going diagonally up and right, and the the DOF, as though, starting out drinking the first one your eyes can still focus, but when you get to the 4th and 5th you begin to loose it ... that's what 'only a very small amount' can do to you mwink.gif
