Taken with a D Rebel, 70-200l f4, quantaray 2x.

I had this picture blown up to 20 x 30 inches and it turned out great.

If I figure out how to post more than one pic at a time, I'll be happy.

Here's a another, same setup. I call it "Gargoyles"

you can edit your posts, unlike over on dpreview :D yes! see, when i replied, i removed the pic from the reply (it's courteous, and makes the threads more readable imo. i leave the pic or a pic if i'm trying to point something out and want to be clear.

re: more than one pic? just keep putting in the img tags and your link. use the yellow box (mountain/sun) and follow the instructions. no limit to pics in a post here lol3.gif

Nice shots. Welcome to Dgrin. I am always happy to see someone elses bird shots. Love them both.

Gulls are great birds to practice bird photogrphy on, they are less afraid of humans than other birds, they tend to fly patterns which make them easy to pan, and for the most part they have beautiful markings.

    Here are a few more.

Thanks Andy. Before when I tried to add more than one pic I wasn't moving
the curser to the end of the first pic. So I was replacing the 1st one instead
of adding a 2nd. But I get it now. Thanks again. dave
